Billy J. Williams

Mr. Billy J. Williams, age 56, of Aragon, GA passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017 at his residence following an extended illness.

He was born in Rockmart, GA on June 14, 1960 a son of Billy Marvin Williams and the late Dorothy Lee Brock Williams. Mr. Williams had lived all of his life in Polk County, was of the Baptist faith and was a former employee of the Polk County Road Department . He enjoyed dirt track racing and NASCAR racing. Mr. Williams loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Baker Williams of Aragon to whom he was married on March 15, 1986; three children: Tyler Williams, Hot Springs, AR, Kevin Head, Cartersville and Kitzi Ingram, Cedartown; four grandchildren: Amber Streetman, Morgan Scott, Otis Walker and Oliver Walker; two great grandchildren, Haven Streetman and Max Chavez; father, Billy Marvin Williams, Aragon; two sisters: Joyce Edwards, Aragon and Robbie Brown, Rome; brother, Jackie Williams, Twin City, GA; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with his wishes Mr. Williams was cremated and there will be no services planned.
