Arthur Bellwin Stephens

Mr. Arthur Bellwin Stephens, age 69, of Rockmart, GA passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at his residence.

He was born in Cedartown, GA on April 2, 1950, a son of the late Leonard Lindsey Stephens and the late Flora Lawrence Stephens. Mr. Stephens had lived all of his life in Polk County where he was a graduate of Cedartown High School class of 1968 and was a graduate of Coosa Valley Technical College. He loved to fish, work in his yard, cook and watch TV. Arthur was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Rockmart.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Bullock Stephens of Rockmart, to whom he was married on July 20, 1968; son, Brent Stephens and his wife, Nicole, Cedartown; three grandchildren: Xander, Bailey and Skylar Stephens; sister, Seretha Hayes and her husband Lee, Cedartown; and two nephews: Justin and Jeremy Hayes.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Second Baptist Church of Rockmart with Rev. David Warriner officiating.
