Brian Dale Fawcett

Mr. Brian Dale Fawcett, age 51, of Cedartown, GA passed away suddenly Saturday, July 13, 2013 at his residence.

He was born in Miami, Florida on January 2, 1962 a son of William Fawcett and Angeline Flowers Fawcett. Brian was a 1979 graduate of South West Miami High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving from 1980 until 1988. Brian moved to Rockmart in 1990 and attended Carroll Technical Institute where he received his LPN training. He was a former employee of the North West Georgia Regional Hospital and the Rockmart Nursing and Rehab Center. He was currently employed as a LPN at Evergreen Health and Rehab in Rome, GA.

Survivors include a son, Joshua Fawcett of Hoschton, GA; parents, William and Angeline Fawcett of Rockmart; a sister, Bonnie Duncan and her husband David of Newnan, GA.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. David Warriner officiating. Interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 10 am until the funeral hour.
