Karen D. Coffman Ballard

Mrs. Karen D. Coffman Ballard, age 55, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.

Mrs. Ballard was born on September 5, 1966 in Dallas, GA, to her parents: Joseph Mayo Coffman and Deane Fennell Coffman. Karen lived all her life in Rockmart and was a member of County Line Baptist Church. Mrs. Ballard enjoyed going to concerts, tending to her flower garden, traveling, shopping and most importantly spending time with her family and precious grandchildren, who were her world. Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Lynn Coffman.

Mrs. Ballard is survived by her loving husband, John Ballard of Rockmart, GA, children: Kayla Ingle (Chuck) of Rockmart, GA, Chandy Lee of Rockmart, GA, grandchildren: Jade Peek, Bailey Peel, Ryan Manning and Emory Ingle, brother, Joey Coffman of Rockmart, GA, sister, Rhonda Nicholson of Rome, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ballard will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 4:00 PM at County Line Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Thomas officiating.
Interment will follow the service at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be the following gentlemen: Steve Ballard, Chuck Ingle, Bryan Rooks, Austin Cook, Zach Cook and Dakota Cook. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Ryan Manning, Joey Coffman, James Richardson, Jeremy Cook and David Willingham.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
