Patricia Diane Hadfield

Mrs. Patricia Diane Hadfield, age 56, of Rockmart, GA passed away Friday, June 20, 2014 in a Rome medical center.

She was born in Atlanta, GA on April 5, 1958, a daughter of the late Starling Andrew George and Beatrice Mae Wallace. Mrs. Hadfield spent her childhood in Atlanta and had lived the past fourteen years in Rockmart, moving from Paulding County. She had a great love for her family and her pets. Some of her favorite pastimes were reading, watching movies, cooking and crossword puzzles. Mrs. Hadfield was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Terrence Hadfield, Carrollton; daughter, Sheena Stringer and her husband Marc, Rockmart; two sisters: Julia Manning and her husband Winford and Mary Garmon, both of Powder Springs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Dr. Tony Weaver and Bro. Marc Stringer officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: Scott Williams, Dylan Manning, Andrew Gallimore, Jonathan Manning, Jamie Manning and Corey Gilliland. Corey Gallimore will serve and an honorary pallbearer.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
