Robert Glenn Yarbrough

Mr. Robert Glenn Yarbrough, age 77, of Aragon, GA passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 at his residence following a lengthy illness.

He was born in Aragon, GA on April 14, 1936 a son of the late Albert M. Yarbrough, Sr. and Betty Irene Caldwell Yarbrough. Mr. Yarbrough was a retired employee of the Lakewood General Motors Assembly Plant with twenty eight years of service. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Penny Lynn Yarbrough and an infant son, Kenny Glenn Yarbrough. He was also preceded in death by sisters: Frances Yarbrough, Margaret Yarbrough, Velma Durham, Geneva Yarbrough and Mildred Warren; and brothers: Albert M. Yarbrough, Jr., J. P. Yarbrough and Carl Yarbrough.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon W. Yarbrough, Aragon to whom he was married on January 5, 1963; daughter, Deidre Herzog and husband Dennis, Kathleen, GA; son, Tim Yarbrough, Aragon; two grandchildren: Amelia and Olivia Herzog; sister, Martha Kell, Douglasville; three brothers: Talmadge Yarbrough, Waco, GA, Melvin Yarbrough, Rockmart and Johnnie Yarbrough, Cedartown; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with his wishes Mr. Yarbrough will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
