Ronnie Eugene Scott

Mr. Ronnie Eugene Scott, age 58, of 4018 Third Avenue, Rockmart passed away Saturday, April 24, 2010 at his residence.

He was born in Marietta, GA on December 22, 1951 a son of the late Benjamin Franklin Scott and Eugenia Green Scott. Mr. Scott had been a resident of Rockmart for the past ten years moving here from Acworth. He was an employee of the EBY-Brown Company. Mr. Scott was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Towery.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Marie Scott of Rockmart to whom he was married March 31, 1971; three children: Lori Lindsey, Acworth, Sabrina Scott, Rockmart and Benjamin Scott, Acworth; two sisters: Jacqueline Owenby, Marietta and Brenda Redwine, Dalton; one brother, Doyle Scott, Marietta; six grandchildren also survive.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday May 8, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. in the Heritage Presbyterian Church of Woodstock, GA.

The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Ronnie Eugene Scott.
