Shelva Jean Ruff

Shelva Jean Ruff, age 75, of Aragon, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born on June 20, 1945 to her late parents; Horace and Doris Kelley Campbell. Mrs. Ruff lived all her life in Rockmart and was a graduate of Rockmart High School. She retired from Engineered Fabrics and had also worked for The Bank of Bartow County and The United Fund. Shelva was Baptist by faith. Mrs. Ruff was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Calvin Ruff.

Mrs. Ruff is survived by her son, Chant Campbell and his wife, April of Summerville, GA, granddaughter, Courtney Simmons and her husband Todd of Rockmart, GA, great-grandson, Liam Simmons of Rockmart, GA, brothers: Jerry Campbell and his wife, Wanda of Rockmart, GA, and Tim Campbell of Rockmart, GA, loving companion, William Jones, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside memorial services for Mrs. Ruff will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery.
