Barbara Ann Ferguson

Mrs. Barbara Ann Ferguson, age 73, of Aragon, GA passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012 in a Rome medical center.


She was born in Weirton, West Virginia on September 15, 1938 a daughter of the late Raymond P. Aberregg and Susan Margaret Czoka Aberregg. Mrs. Ferguson had been a resident of Aragon since 1994 and was a member of the New Prospect Baptist Church located on Booger Hollow Road in Lindale, GA. She was a homemaker and a self employed seamstress.


Survivors include her husband, David L. Ferguson of Aragon to whom she was married on November 8, 1980; two daughters, Julie Lynn Romero, Dallas, GA and Sandra Garner, Rockmart; one sister, Donna Sue Briggs, Deltona, Florida; two grandchildren: Christopher Richard Romero and Brieanna Marie Romero; two great grandchildren: Brandon Richard Ramero and Abrieanna Ramero.


A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1893 Booger Hollow Road SW, Lindale, GA with Rev. John Snipes and Rev. Chris Johnson officiating.
