Mrs. Bonnie Sherman, age 76, of Aragon, GA, passed away Tuesday evening, December 2, 2025.
Mrs. Sherman was born on December 2, 1949, in Rockmart, GA, to the late Walter Moore and the late Dorothy White Moore. She made her home in Aragon for most of her life, where she was known for her caring heart and her love for people. Bonnie enjoyed time with her grandchildren, working crossword puzzles, and visiting with friends. She was a faithful member of New Liberty Baptist Church in Yorkville.
Bonnie retired from Bundy Tubing and later served as a personal care assistant for 12 years. She also worked for Wal-Mart in Cartersville for 13 years, where she made many lasting friendships.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Alvin Sherman; and her son, Chris Earley.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Travis) Jackson; her son, Paul (Jennifer) Sherman, 7 grandchildren, Kaitlin Brumbelow, Jessie Marohi, Michael Sherman, Elizabeth Sherman, Noah Jackson, Cadee Jackson, and Kinsley Jackson; and her brother, Tommy (Daphanie) Moore . Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Swift officiating. Interment will follow in Rockmart Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
Pallbearers will be Michael Sherman, Cody Jackson, Shane Moore, Jacob Brumbelow, Noah Jackson, and David Conner.
