Charles Elmer Formby

Mr. Charles Elmer Formby, age 71, of Aragon, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023.

Charles was born on June 24, 1952, in Cedartown, GA and was the son of the late Cecil Formby and Clyde Mae Formby. Charles lived all his life in Polk County. He enjoyed woodworking and was Baptist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Larry Formby and Michael Formby and his sister, Tina Formby.

Mr. Formby is survived by his sisters: Linda Formby and Donna Faye Formby; cousin, Levon Ward and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

A visitation for Mr. Formby will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the funeral home. A private interment will follow the visitation.
