David Jonathan Rayburn

David Jonathan Rayburn, age 58, of Aragon, GA passed away Saturday morning, April 27, 2024 at Kindred Hospital, Chattanooga, TN surrounded by family and friends.

David was born in Rome, GA on December 20, 1965 the son of the late Frank Rayburn and the late Syble Christopher Rayburn. He had lived the better part of his life in Aragon, GA moving there as a child from Rome, GA. David worked many years at Nordic, Cartersville Spinning and Linpack. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and spent many days with friends and family doing these things he enjoyed so much. David was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by two sisters, his baby sister, Teresa Rayburn and a sister, Brenda Rayburn.

David is survived by his son, Drew Rayburn of Aragon; two brothers: Frankie Rayburn (Ginger) and Ricky Rayburn (Ivonne) both of Rockmart; sister, Cyndi Rayburn, Aragon; special friends, Ozzy and Stacey Ausborn; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

In keeping with his wishes, David will be cremated and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
