Mr. David Wooten, age 49, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023.
David was born in Rockmart on June 14, 1974, a son of Lanny David Wooten, Sr. and Betty Hunter Wooten. He had lived all of his life in Polk County and enjoyed fishing, sports, horses and Randy Orton, the wrestler. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie and Erie Meherg and Daniel C. and Rose Lucille Hunter.
David is survived by his three children, Bradden Wooten, Courtney Wooten, and Erin Wooten; father, Lanny David Wooten, Sr.; mother, Betty Hunter Wooten; two sisters, Patty Rhinehart and Jennifer Wooten; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Wooten will be cremated, and no formal services will be held at this time.
Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements for Mr. David Wooten.
