Dawson Bryce Jones

Mr. Dawson Bryce Jones, age 23, of Silver Creek, GA passed away Saturday, September 21, 2019.

He was born in Rome, GA on March 14, 1996, a son of Mark Jones and the former Brandi Higginbotham. Dawson lived in Polk County the greater part of his life and he had a love for cars, drag racing and mud trucks. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Howell Nails.

Survivors include his fiancé, Kat Brown; son Kash Jones; mother, Brandi Spain; father, Mark Jones; two brothers: Jacob Jones and Kaden Jones; grandmother, Cathy Nails; grandfather, Howard Jones; cousin, Victoria Hicks; aunts and uncles: Lisa Carlisle, Amber Willis and Cory Higginbotham; numerous cousins also survive.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Logan Burkhalter delivering the eulogy.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 pm until the memorial hour at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers will include: Collin Mears, Logan Burkhalter, Tyler Sullivan, Brady Deaton, J.T. Camp and Payton Jannotte.
