Mrs. Delores Jane Jones, age 75, of Aragon, GA, passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 24, 2026.

Mrs. Jones was born on October 27, 1950, in Rockmart, Georgia, the beloved daughter of the late Hugh Ragin Spinks and the late Dorothy Mae Suits Spinks. She spent the greater part of her life in Aragon, where she built a life centered around faith and family.

Jane was a beautician for most of her life, and she took great pride in her work and the friendships she formed along the way. She was also a devoted mother and grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her family was her greatest joy. She had a special love for hummingbirds and found beauty in their presence. She enjoyed playing the piano and faithfully shared her talent at Aragon Baptist Church. She also loved singing and lifting her voice in praise.

Mrs. Jones will be remembered for her loving heart, her gentle spirit, and her unwavering devotion to her family and her faith.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Randall Jones; her sister, Paulette Spinks; her brother, Eddie Ragin Spinks; her father-in-law, Venard Jones; her mother-in-law, Lois Jones; and her brother-in-law, Waymon Jones.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Dedra Mason; her son, Randy Jones (Kristy); her grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Kinsey Dover (Dalton), Drake Jones, Grant Mason, Maddox Mason, Brantly Mason, and Bradey Turner; 2 great-grandchildren, Taylon Dover and Aliyah Dover; her brother, Hugh Lamar Spinks (Katie); her brother-in-law, Kenard Jones; and her sisters-in-law, Tina Chappell and Rachel Sutton (Donnie). Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jones will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Aragon Baptist Church with Rev. Todd Jones officiating. Jane will lie in state at the church from 3:00 pm until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in Hills Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

Pallbearers will include Drake Jones, Tyler Jones, Grant Mason, Bradey Turner, Travis Spinks, and Tim Jones. Honorary pallbearers will include Maddox Mason, Michael Spinks, Matt Spinks, Cagney Chappell, Trey Chappell, Taylon Dover, and Brantly Mason.
