Doris Nadine Perry

Mrs. Doris Nadine Perry, age 87, of Stringer Road Rockmart passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011 in a Rome Medical Center.
A native of Zeigler, Illinois, Mrs. Perry was born on April 7, 1924 a daughter of Norman A. Jones and Mary Hellen Spengler Jones. She had been a resident of Rockmart for the past ten years moving here from Ft. Worth, Texas. Mrs. Perry was employed as a nurse for many years having last worked in Burleson, Texas. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Jones.
Survivors include a daughter, Jeananne Jacoby, Rockmart; three sons: Kevin Parks, Denver, Colorado, Bob Parks, Rockmart and Tim Parks, Rockmart; brother, Dale Jones, Marion, Illinois; and sister, Bern Southerland, Evansvill, Indiana; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren also survive.
In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Perry was cremated with no formal services to be conducted.
The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is serving the family of Mrs. Doris Nadine Perry.
