Elizabeth Ann Shepherd Sosebee

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Shepherd Sosebee, age 68, of Cedartown, GA passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her residence.

She was born in Rockmart, GA on October 12, 1950 a daughter of the late Robert Glen Shepherd and the late Essie Mae Hayes Shepherd. Mrs. Sosebee had lived for a number of years in Florida before returning to Polk County where she had made her home for the past six years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church of Paulding County.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers: Larry Shepherd and Randy Shepherd.

Survivors include two sons: Tony Lamar Millican, Jr .of Millbrook, AL and Shannon Smith of Cedartown; brother, Bobby (Gayle) Shepherd, Cartersville and sister, Sue Perry, Orange Park, FL.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm until the memorial hour at the funeral home.
