Elizabeth Frances Loesch, age 66, of Temple, Georgia, passed away on July 4, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Fairfax, Virginia, Elizabeth was raised in Nassau County, New York, by her parents, Ellen and Elliott Fine.
Elizabeth graduated from C.W. Post College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in sculpture. After settling in Georgia, she channeled her vision and resourcefulness into building and operating AtlantaBlue Pressurewash.
Known for her grit and determination, Elizabeth took great pride in her work. Whether through meticulous attention to detail or her willingness to tackle any job herself, she left every place better than she found it. She leaves behind a legacy of hard work, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.
Elizabeth delighted in transforming and beautifying her homestead, where she was happiest bringing new life to the land around her. Music was a lifelong source of joy, whether listening to her favorite songs, sharing them with others, or simply filling her home with melodies that lifted the spirit.
Her Christian faith was an important part of her life, providing her with strength, hope, and comfort. She will be remembered for her love of laughter, her compassion for animals, and the time she cherished with her family.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Abigail Sara Loesch, Rebecca Tamar Loesch, and Hannah Shira Loesch; her grandson, Ari Benjamin Loesch-Gay; and her brother, Harry Freedman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellen and Elliott Fine; her brother, Eric Daniel; and her son-in-law, Andrés Gay.
A memorial service to celebrate Elizabeth's life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Family and friends are invited to gather at 10:30 a.m., with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m., at West Georgia Baptist Church, 1554 Liberty Church Rd., Bremen, GA 30110. Following the service, guests are invited to share a meal in Elizabeth's honor. Colorful, informal attire is encouraged, reflecting one of Elizabeth's most defining qualities: her down-to-earth style.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Elizabeth's memory may donate to the Haralson County Animal Shelter.
The Loesch family wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to Eternal Faith Hospice of Carrollton for their compassionate care and support, and to Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home for their kindness and assistance with the arrangements.
