Eugene G. "Geno" Mrasak

Mr. Eugene G. “Geno” Mrasak. age 87, of Taylorsville, GA, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022.

Mr. Mrasak was born on December 9, 1934, to his parents Henry Mrasak and Clara Young Mrasak.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Kevin and Craig Mrasak, and four brothers.

Geno is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Mrasak; one grandson, Derek Mrasak; step-children: Timothy, Paul and Angela Pennington; step-granddaughter, Emily Clay; two brothers: Dennis and Dallas Mrasak, and one sister: Marilyn Kalb. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Mrasak lived his childhood in Springfield, IL, but had resided in Taylorsville, GA for the last thirty years. He was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the United State Army. He was also an avid sports fan. Geno retired from Lockheed Martin where he performed electronic work on aircraft.

According to his wishes, Mr. Mrasak will be cremated and no formal services will be held.
