Mrs. Glenda Ann Peek Davis, age 81, of Rome, GA, passed away Thursday afternoon, April 23, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Davis was born in Cedartown, GA, on July 29, 1944, daughter of the late Franklin “Bud” Peek and Mary Louise Powell Peek. She married two times before finding the love of her life, Amos “Buck” Davis, Jr., whom she married in 1975. Mrs. Davis loved the Lord and made sure that if you talked to her you knew it. Her and Amos, also known as Buck, started a Gospel group, The Faithful Travelers, and for 20 plus years went all over singing and praising the Lord. Mrs. Davis loved her children and grandchildren, her dog, Missy, and also had a love for all animals. She would give the clothes off her back to anyone.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Amos “Buck” Davis, Jr., and a son, Adrain Davis.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her children, Renee Owen (Tony), Lance West, Roger West, and Anita Leek; grandchildren, (the pride of her life), Andrew Owen, Heather Owen, Shawn Roberts (Tony), Kim Clark (Tim), Kaci West, Katie Talley (Melvin), Anna Leek, and David and Daylan Davis. She had twenty-three great-grandchildren and she loved everyone of them.

In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Davis will be cremated, and memorial services will be held at a later date.
