Gregory “Greg” Chupp, age 68, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Friday morning, September 25, 2026.

Greg was born in Rockmart on November 15, 1957, son of the late Jacob "JL" Chupp and Shirley Winters Chupp. He had lived most of his life in Rockmart and worked for several years as a salesman of industrial sewing machines with Durkopp Adler. Greg was an avid NASCAR fan who enjoyed working on and restoring old cars, especially Camaros. Above all, he was a devoted family man who cherished the time he spent with his loved ones.

In addition to his parents, Greg was preceded in death on January 24, 2023, by his wife Vicki Mitchell Chupp, whom he married on September 2, 1989.

Greg is survived by his children, Kara Wilson (Ronnie), Tambree (Chad) Williams, Kalen Gilbert (William), Dakota Hitchcock, Walker Chupp, John Chupp, Bailey Chupp (Catlin), Shuna Chupp, Nikki Hutchinson, Christy Chupp, Bridgett Badon (Jonathan), Brittney Chupp, Elizabeth Gray (Shawn), Gracie Rogers (Braden), Chyanne Chupp, and Emiley Edwards; sisters, Shelia Argo (Clyde) and Gina Sutton (Everett). Twenty-eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services for Greg will be held on Monday afternoon, September 28, 2026, in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Purser officiating. Interment will follow Polk Memory Gardens.

Greg’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Sunday evening, September 27, 2026, between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will include Will Gilbert, Ronnie Wilson, Chad Williams, Addison Wilson, Jac Williams, and Cole Williams.
