Heather Reanna Hurst

Heather Reanna Hurst, age 38, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Heather was born in Canton, GA, on March 6, 1988, the daughter of Dorothy Fay Tant and James Edward Hurst. She had lived most of her life in Acworth before moving to Rockmart two years ago. Heather had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed activities such as camping and kayaking, as well as arts and crafts. She also had a deep appreciation for music. Above all, Heather cherished the time she spent with her son, Weston, and her nieces and nephews.

Heather is survived by her son, Weston River Byrd; mother, Fay Tant (Ricky Bruce); father, James Hurst; fiancé, Dallas Huth, brother, Heath Hurst; sisters, Hali Rena Hayes (Bryan), and Rainbow Leigha Brown; nieces and nephews, Amaiya, Tahja, Jadria, Halaya, Caitlynn, Quinn, Kaon, Rosallie, Adilynn, Eliana, Isaac, and Owen; uncles, Randy Hurst (Linda, Dennis Tant (Elizabeth), and Danny Tant. Several cousins also survive.
