Jackie Diane Green

Mrs. Jackie Diane Green, age 64, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Wednesday morning, October 1, 2025.

Jackie was born on November 15, 1960, in Rockmart, Georgia, to Glenda Kay Watters and the late Jack Watters. A lifelong resident of Polk and Paulding counties, she was a devoted member of Rockmart Second Baptist Church. Jackie dedicated many years of service to the City of Rockmart and was known for her love of cooking and horseback riding. She especially cherished her trips to Panama City Beach, which brought her great joy.

In addition to her father, Jackie was preceded in death by her step-father, Curtis Miller.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Billy Ray Green, whom she married on February 14, 1987; children, Cody (Kristen) Green, Jamie Russell, Kristie Green, and Jessica Green; mother, Glenda Miller; siblings, Linda Miller, Judy Craig, Jentsie Philpot, and Forrest Miller, Jr.

A memorial service for Jackie will be held on Sunday evening, October 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. a Rockmart Second Baptist Church with Rev. David Warriner officiating.

Jackie’s family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until the service hour.
