James Lydell "Jimmy" Jackson, Jr.

Mr. James Lydell “Jimmy” Jackson, Jr., age 62, of Jonesboro, passed away October 26, 2021, at his home. He was born in Tucker, son of the late James L. Jackson, Sr. and Gwendolyn Laverne Alexander Jackson. Jimmy was a self-employed painter, and a member of the Windwalkers Motorcycle Club where he was affectionately called J. J. Windwalker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jason Dale Jackson and his grandson, Dustin Underwood.

He is survived by his wife: Martha Jackson; son: Justin Fulghum of Meansville; step-daughter: Tammy Hall of Newnan and step-son: Curtis Gravelly of Commerce; grandson: Tyler Mobley; great-grandchildren: Abigail Underwood, J. D. Mobley, Brealan Mobley, Luke Mobley and Trip Guest; sisters: Cindy Ivey of Summerville, Donna Crawford of Rockmart and Jennifer Reddish of Rockmart; brother-in-law: David Ingram; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Windwalkers Clubhouse. The date will be announced later.
