Jamyra Ann Greene, age 72, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Saturday evening, March 16, 2024, at her residence.
Jamyra was born in Rome, GA, on June 5, 1951, daughter of the late George E. Greene and Mary N. Brooke Davis Greene. She had been a resident of Rockmart all her life and was a homemaker. Jamyra enjoyed being a mechanic and working on motors and cars.
In addition to her parents, Jamyra was preceded in death by a brother, James Michael Greene, Sr.
Jamyra is survived by her significant other, Joy Holliday; son, Shannon Holliday; two nephews, James Michael Greene, Jr., and Jeffary Allen Greene; niece, Christy (Chris) Aikens. Several great nieces and nephews also survive.
In keeping with her wishes, Jamyra will be cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time.
