Janice Louise Edwards

Mrs. Janice Edwards, age 76, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Thursday morning, April 13, 2023.

Mrs. Edwards was born in Aragon, GA, on December 31, 1946, a daughter of the late Will Douglas Edwards and Lillie Ethel Ward Edwards.

Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, Michael Edwards, whom she married October 11, 1991; daughter, Stephanie Garrison; son, Britt (Amy) Earwood; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Douglas Edwards. Houston Edwards, and Donald Edwards.

Funeral services for Mrs. Edwards will be Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Antony Patterson, Rev. Scott Tharp, and Rev. Michael S. Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Aragon Cemetery.

Mrs. Edwards’ family will receive friends Sunday afternoon at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.

Pallbearers will include Brent Edwards, Abry Garrison, Wade Usher, Matt Edwards, Jacob Earwood, and Spencer Earwood.
