Janice Pochis
July 16, 1936 — August 3, 2017
Mrs. Janice Pochis, age 81, of Aragon, GA passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at her residence.
She was born in Miami, FL on July 16, 1936 a daughter of the late Charles Forttenberry and Katherine Kyle Fortenberry. Mrs. Pochis had been a resident of Aragon for the past two years moving here from Mississippi.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Pochis.
Survivors include a son, Dean Varney, Aragon and a daughter, Kathy Toledo, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a sister Elizabeth, a brother Ricky and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside funeral and interment services will be held in the Owens Cemetery, Magee, Mississippi on Tuesday.
The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
