Jason Cedric Stephen Bailey

Jason Cedric Stephen Bailey, age 45, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Jason was born on August 8, 1978, a son of Cheryl Thompson Bailey and the late Stephen Edward Bailey. He had lived the greater part of his life in Cobb County. Jason loved nature and the outdoors, woodworking and art.

In addition to his father, Jason was preceded in death by his grandmother, Janet Stephens.

Jason is survived by his mother, Cheryl (Mike) Bennett; grandmother, Virginia Thompson; brother, Jonathan Bailey; sister, Janna (Renisha) Long; nephew, Landon Bailey; nieces, Acelynn Norton and Tristen Bailey Long; step-mother, Peggy Bailey.

In keeping with his wishes, Jason will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be announced later.
