Jean M. Burkhardt

Mrs. Jean M. Burkhardt, age 84, of Cedartown, GA, passed away Monday, February 17, 2025.

Mrs. Burkhardt was born in Rochester, NY, on March 15, 1940, a daughter of the late Fred Schieber and Marie Rore Schrieber. She was the co-owner of Al Burkhardt Custom Tables and Blinds. Mrs. Burkhardt was a master gardener and loved bird watching.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Burkhardt was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Corocran.

Mrs. Burkhardt is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Erika and Christopher Placek; grandson, Jeremy Placek; sister, Mary Lowry; brother, Fred Schieber. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Burkhardt will be cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time.
