Jerry Alan Pruitt

Mr. Jerry Alan Pruitt, age 60, of Temple, GA (the Yorkville Community) passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019.

He was born in Cedartown, GA on April 2, 1959, a son of the late Roy N. Pruitt and Louise Bates Pruitt. Mr. Pruitt lived the greater part of his life in Cedartown and the Yorkville Community. He was a veteran of the United States Army and he had a great love for animals.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Pruitt of Yorkville, to whom he was married on June 7, 1997; children: Robert Paul Cotton, Hiram and April Tant, Yorkville; four grandchildren; three brothers: Henry Pruitt, Yorkville, David Pruitt, Huntsville, AL and Matthew Pruitt, Cedartown; sister: Marcie Pruitt, Cedartown; nieces and nephews: Chris Pruitt, Brad Pruitt, Bobby Pruitt; Natasha Cummings; Emily Pruitt and Daisy Pruitt.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Beulahland Baptist Church.
