Jimmy Lee Crawford

Mr. Jimmy Lee Crawford, age 76, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Tuesday evening, June 4, 2024.

Jimmy was born in Boaz, AL, on April 17, 1948, son of the late Jim Crawford and Ivelvia Murdock Crawford.   He had lived the greater part of his life in Rockmart and was a self-employed tow truck driver.  Jimmy enjoyed working on old cars.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Reed, step-sons, Wayne Moss and Scott Moss, sisters, Carolyn Dye and Octavia Lyle, and a brother, James Crawford.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Virginia Ray Crawford; children, Turrena Moore, Jamey Crawford, Sarah Pugh, Emmit Edmonds, Diana Page, and Toby Edmonds.  Eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren also survive.

In keeping with his wishes, Jimmy will be cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time.
