John Alexander Hebert, age 20, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

John was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 22, 2005, son of Maurice Wiggs and Tamekia Gonzales. He was a graduate of Paulding County High School, where he played wide receiver on the football team. John was an avid sports enthusiast who especially loved swimming and competitive diving. He also had a love for motorcycles, especially his Kawasaki Ninja ZX.

John was a member of McPherson Baptist Church in Dallas, Georgia, and was employed with U.S. AutoForce, earning the nickname “Fish” at work. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with his son.

John is survived by his wife, Isabella Hebert, whom he married January 25, 2025; son, Kimahri Hebert; father, Maurice Wiggs; mother, Tamekia Gonzales; sisters, Lauren Wiggs and Adalia Lester-Gonzales.

Funeral services for John will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Mr. Cameron Foskey officiating.

John’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00 noon until the service hour.
