Judith Ann Garmon

Mrs. Judith Ann Garmon, age 80, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022.

Mrs. Garmon was born in Rome, GA, on January 22, 1942, a daughter of the late John Charles Ash and Cleo Virginia Smith Ash. She had lived the greater part of her life between Polk and Floyd counties. Mrs. Garmon was a member of the Euharlee Baptist Church, and a housewife and homemaker.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Garmon was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Garmon, Sr., and a brother, Randall Charles Ash.

Mrs. Garmon is survived by a daughter, Pam Garmon of St. Augustine, FL; a son, Joe (Wanda) Garmon, Jr. of Rockmart; two grandchildren, Brandon (Heather) Roberts, and Joey (Taylor) Garmon.

Graveside and interment services for Mrs. Garmon will be Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 12:00 noon in New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Stevie Waddell officiating. 

Mrs. Garmon’s family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Thursday from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m.
