Mr. Larry Wayne Haney, age 73, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Sunday morning, March 22, 2026.

Above all, Larry was a devoted family man who cherished time spent with his family, especially watching his boys play baseball, and picking his guitar.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Haney and Don Haney.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Elaine Lester Haney, whom he married November 26, 1972; two daughters, Shea Floyd (Tyson), and Alison Haney; grandchildren, Avery Terry (Chris), Ty Floyd, Noah Floyd, Kayson Atkins, Knox Atkins; two great-grandchildren, Livi Jo Terry and Margo Louise Terry; sisters, Joyce Atkins (Randall), and Henrietta Edge (David); brother, Mike Haney (Renty). A special nephew, Stephen Haney, along with many other nieces and nephews also survive.
