Lynn Wilson

Mrs. Lynn Wilson, age 62, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Saturday morning, January 24, 2026.

Lynn was born in Mableton, Georgia, on September 8, 1963, the beloved daughter of the late Richard H. Kirk and Barbara Louise Padgett Kirk. She spent her childhood years in Austell and later lived in Hiram beginning in 1996, eventually making her home in the Yorkville community after her marriage. Lynn was a devoted member of Victory Baptist Church and cherished the simple joys of life, especially camping, trips to the beach, and time shared with her family.

Lynn is survived by her husband, Danny “Chip” Wilson, Jr., whom she married February 21, 2004; children, Ashley Kirk-Kramer, Caleb Wilson, Danielle Wilson, and Margo Chumley; grandchildren, Reagan Wilson, Weston Wilson, and Hallie Chumley; brother, Mark Kirk.

Funeral services for Lynn will be held on Friday afternoon, January 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Snapp officiating. Ashley Kirk-Kramer will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in Rockmart Memorial Gardens.

Lynn's family will receive friends at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home on Thursday evening, January 29, 2026, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will include Todd Hunt, Steven Bonds, Jacob Chumley, Caleb Wilson, Austin Wilson, and Tyler Kramer.
