Michael Lou Kinney

Mr. Michael Lou Kinney, age 75, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Monday morning, June 2, 2025, at this residence.

Lou was born in Aragon, GA, on June 20, 1949, son of the late Charles Kinney, Sr. and Rebecca Kinney. He was a self-employed mechanic by trade who loved to tinker with things and also enjoyed fishing.

In addition to his parents, Lou was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Clemons Kinney, a brother, Charles Kinney, Jr., and a sister, Ann Clemons.

Lou is survived by a step-son, Barry Dover; step-daughter, Cindy Fowler.

There will be a Gathering of Friends to remember Lou on Sunday evening, June 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.
