Mrs. Neva Janice Hulsey, age 75, of Rockmart, GA passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at her residence following a brief illness.

She was born in the Everett Springs community of Floyd County, GA a daughter of Kieffer Touchstone and Thelma Wimpey Touchstone. Mrs. Hulsey was raised in Floyd County but had lived the greater part of her life in Rockmart. She was a member of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church; was a former employee of Integrated Mills of Aragon and had also worked as a private sitter.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicki Hulsey Yates and a sister, Kathleen Pruitt.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Titus Hulsey of Rockmart to whom she was married on December 18, 1959; children: Lisa Hulsey, Rockmart, Teresa Atkinson (Randy) of South Carolina, Toni Arp (Terry), Rockmart, Tina Hulsey, Rockmart, Christy Leatherwood (Charles), Rockmart; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three sisters: Pauline Smith, Sue Matthews and Glenda Jacobs; three brothers: J.B. Touchstone, Kenneth Touchstone and James Touchstone and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 3:30 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Hulsey and Rev. Roger Parris officiating. Interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will include: Clint Leatherwood, Terry Arp, Scott Hurst, Jeff Gilmer, Wade Clemons and Jeremy Atkinson. Honorary pallbearers will include: Taylor Gilmer, Drew Burnley and Pete Robinson.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 9 pm at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home.

The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the funeral of Mrs. Neva Janice Hulsey.
