Phil was born in Rome, GA, on October 6, 1951, a son of the late Robert Lee Williams, Sr. and Wilma McClure Williams. Raised in Rockmart, he made his home in Dallas for more than 30 years.

Phil dedicated 41 years of his life to the electrical trade before retiring from IBEW Local 613. He was of the Methodist faith and generously gave his time to Helping Hands of Paulding County and Relay for Life. He also enjoyed staying connected with his fellow union retirees through their regular lunches and gatherings.

Phil will be remembered not only for his years of hard work and service, but for the interests and friendships that brought him joy throughout his life. His generous spirit, love of his community, and the simple pleasures he enjoyed will remain a cherished part of his memory.
