Rhonda Jean Kett

Mrs. Rhonda J. Kett, age 60, of 139 Rhinehart Drive Rockmart, GA passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in a Rome Medical Center.


She was born in Bakersfield, California on August 29, 1950 a daughter of Loyle Garrett and Melba Gross Garrett. Mrs. Kett grew up in California and had been a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia before moving to Georgia in the 1980?s. She was preceded in death by her father, Loyle Garrett and a brother Richard Garrett. Mrs. Kett was a computer analyst having been employed by Fidelity Investment Services.


Survivors include her husband, Richard D. Kett, Rockmart; son Matthew Rook and wife Charlotte, Chattahoochee Hills, GA and mother, Melba Mays, San Jose, California.


Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Murdock officiating.
Cremation will follow the service.


The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
