Rowena Hendrix

Mrs. Rowena Hendrix, age 96, of Rockmart passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 in the local nursing center following several years of declining health.
She was born January 10, 1918 a daughter of the late George Dabney Nettles and Cleo Scott Nettles.
Survivors include a son, Jimmy Brown, Sr. and his wife Mary Jane Brown of Trotwood, Ohio as well as a host of other relatives.
Mrs. Hendrix was cremated and memorial services have not been scheduled at this time.
Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
