Senda Ann Chambers

Mrs. Senda Ann Chambers, age 58, of 41 Crayton Street, Rockmart passed away suddenly Monday, June 2,2008 at her residence.

She was born in Rockmart, GA on January 22, 1950 a daughter of the late Rufus Jackson Davis and Wilma Mae Clemons Davis. Mrs. Chambers had lived all of her life in Rockmart, was a homemaker and attended Van Wert Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Deanna Ragsdale and her husband John of Rockmart; a son, Dustin Craig Chambers, Rockmart; five grandchildren; Amanda Bramlett, Cody Nichelson, Shayna Bright, Matthew Bright and Mathew Vincent; one great grandson, Dakota Bramlett; four sisters: Mrs. Frances Eaves, Pooler, GA, Mrs. Eloise Williams, Waynesboro, Mississippi, Mrs. Betty Jean Cope, Rockmart and Mrs. Brenda Montgomery, Rockmart; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Ingram and Rev. Robert Pyles officiating. Interment will follow in Rockmart Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will include: Dustin Chambers, Cody Nichelson, Matthew Bright, Matthew Vincent, Dac Nugyen and Rayshaun Mascote. Tim Nichelson will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
