Sherry Melissa Brock

Mrs. Sherry Melissa Brock, age 56, of Rockmart, GA passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at her residence.

She was born in Rome, GA on January 17, 1963 a daughter of Eddie Goddard and Virginia Arp Goddard. Mrs. Brock was a graduate of Rockmart High School and was a former employee of Angelica Textiles. She enjoyed singing, cooking and spending time with friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Goddard and by a sister, Kristy Johnson.

Survivors include her son, Justin Brock; mother, Virginia Buchanan and a brother, Jeff Goddard all of Rockmart.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home with Evangelist Stephen Jarrard and Brother Danny Goddard officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm Wednesday evening until the memorial hour at the funeral home.

The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements for the memorial service of Mrs. Sherry Melissa Brock.
