Teresa Hulsey Beck

Mrs. Teresa Hulsey Beck, age 59, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.

Teresa was born on April 8, 1962 in Rockmart, GA, to her parents: Darrell Lee Hulsey and Arlene Jarrell Hulsey. Mrs. Beck lived all her life in Rockmart and was a 1981 graduate of Rockmart High School. She worked for Smith-Lockwood Pharmacy for 30 years as a pharmacy technician and was an active member of Morning View Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling to the beach with her family and friends but most importantly, she loved spending time with her precious grandchildren. Mrs. Beck was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Beck was preceded in death by her father, Darrell Hulsey, sister, Deborah Hulsey Kirk and son, Adam Noland Hughes.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband, Dwight Beck, children: Craig Beck, Jessica Hughes Blankenship, Hanna Newberry, and Dawn Beck, mother, Arlene Jarrell Hulsey, sister, Michelle Hulsey-Wax , grandchildren: Judson, Logan, Macie, Lillie, Ellijah, Mason, Daemien, Landon, Junior, Gunner, Major, Kannon and Korr. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Teresa Hulsey Beck will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 1:00 PM in The Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Hulsey officiating. Interment will follow the service at Northview Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be the following gentlemen: Alex Baker, Andrew Baker, Judson Bishop, Shad Chambers, Robert Beck, Jeremy Newberry, Daemien Beck and Craig Beck. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Junior Beck, Landon Newberry and Elijah Blankenship.


The family will receive friends at the funeral home for a visitation on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
