Wade Anthony Wilhoit, Sr.

Mr. Wade Anthony Wilhoit, Sr., age 59, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021.

He was born in Portsmith, VA, on December 31, 1961, a son of the late Bernard Hill Wilhoit, Jr, and the late Janice Diane Smith Wilhoit. Mr. Wilhoit had been a resident of Rockmart since 2014, moving from Cedartown. He enjoyed fishing, walking his dog and loved to witness for Christ. Wade was a mechanic by trade and was currently working for Polk County Oil and Lube.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Wilhoit; sons: Wade Anthony (Tony) Wilhoit, Jr., and Joseph Daniel Wilhoit; step-daughter, Lybriska Johnson; sister, Bonnie Henderson; brother, Richard Alan Wilhoit; and step-grandson, Hamilton Johnson.

In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Wilhoit will be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time.
